Are you looking to de-stress in 2010?!!
Every Thursday, Community Human Services will be offering FREE yoga at 374 Lawn Street. Yoga lessons will concentrate on beginner friendly, simple postures and breathing excercises for complete relaxation and concentration, weight control, and flexibility and strengthening of the spine. The lessons will involve simple and easy to adopt postures and breathing excercises to suit all ages. The classes are free and open to the public. Participants should bring a mat or a thick towel – that’s it!

We will meet at the Pittsburgh Toy Lending Library. This is an amazing toy city with something to do for every age from small infant to 5 years old!

Your first ever visit to the Toy Library is free. Children under age 1 are always free.
The per-visit fee for non-members is $5 per child, with a maximum of $10 per family. Adults are free.
