Pittsburgh Glass Center - Make-It-Now

Looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind gift for Mother's Day?

Head to the Pittsburgh Glass Center for their Make-It-Now events  which feature family focused hands-on glass activities for all ages. It is an opportunity to try glass making "on the spot" in 20 minutes or less. No experience required.
Just a reminder that the temperature of hot glass is 2,000 degrees. That's much too hot to put your masterpiece in your purse or pocket immediately after a Make-It-Now. We will slowly cool your artwork over night and it will be ready for pick-up the following Tuesday. We can also mail it to you for an additional fee.

Make-It-Now : Floats + Fused Frames

Every mom deserves a special treat for Mother’s Day. Make her a beautiful blown glass float or fused picture frame. Or bring her along for a special one-of-a-kind experience. Scheduled during our annual Spring Studio Sale.
